What is native?
Native is an event discovery and ticketing platform, which is working in partnership with your Students' Union to bring cool events to you!

Feel free to use the live chat or email support@native.fm and someone will be able to help!
I can't find my ticket, what should I do?
Check your inbox and junk or spam for your email confirmation or login to your native account and check 'My bookings'.
Do I need to create an account before I book a ticket?
Yes, you will need to create an account before you book. If you add the tickets you want to your basket and check out, you’ll be prompted to either create an account, or log-in if you already have one.
How do I create an account?
1. Click log in/sign up
2. Choose 'Continue with Email'
3. Select the 'Don't Have an Account? Sign Up' option
4. Complete your details as prompted by using your university email (example@student.bbk.ac.uk) and choose a password for yourself
5. Click 'Register' to finish
