Birkbeck Law Forum Mooting Competition – Final Round
The competition reaches its most exciting stage as the final two mooting pairs go head-to-head in the Final Round of the Birkbeck Law Forum Mooting Competition.
Competitors will present a challenging criminal law appeal before a distinguished moot bench sitting as the "Court of Appeal (Criminal Division)", demonstrating their advocacy, legal reasoning, and courtroom skills under pressure.
After weeks of rigorous competition, only two pairs remain, each seeking to prove their skills as advocates.
Participants will be required to address complex issues of criminal law and respond to judicial questioning in a simulated appellate hearing.
Join us to witness compelling legal arguments and sharp judicial questioning in action as they tackle a complex criminal law scenario and battle for a place in the final round.
