Join the Birkbeck Film Society on the 17th of August 2025 for a Bogdanovich double bill!
Join the Birkbeck Film Society on the 17th August 2025 as we host a double-bill screening of the films of one of the greats of the New Hollywood movement, Peter Bogdanovich.
Just after 1pm we will be screening Bogdanovich's Oscar nominated second feature film, "The Last Picture Show". This will then be followed by a short minute interval just after 3pm before we will screen Bogdanovich's screwball comedy "What's Up, Doc?" at roughly 3.45pm.
Both screenings will take place in Room 532 (room 32 on the 5th floor) in the Birkbeck Main Building on Malet Street. Tickets are free, and current students and alumni are welcome!
