Vice-Chancellor Sally Wheeler has built a distinguished career spanning law, academia, and university leadership, becoming one of the leading voices in higher education today. Alongside her, Professor Joanne Murphy brings internationally recognised expertise in leadership, organisational change, and peacebuilding, with research exploring how societies and institutions navigate conflict, political division, and transformation, particularly in the context of Northern Ireland.
