Birkbeck Students' Union and the University's Wellbeing Services are putting on events for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week.
PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION
Unleash your creativity and spread awareness with our Movement and Mental Health Photo Competition!
In a world where every step forward is a victory for the mind and body, we're calling you to capture the essence of movement and its profound impact on mental well-being. Whether it's a moment of serenity in nature, the energy of a bustling citylife, or the determination in the eyes of an athlete, show us how movement fuels your mental health journey.
Here's how to participate:
Why join the movement? You’ll be part of a community dedicated to raising awareness about the transformative power of movement on mental health.
Prizes await the most captivating entries, but the real reward lies in sparking conversations and inspiring others to prioritise their mental well-being through movement.
So, let's paint Instagram with the colours of resilience, strength, and hope. Together, let's amplify the message that movement is not just physical—it's a powerful tool for nurturing our mental health. Join the competition today and let your photos ignite change! #MoveWithMentalHealth"
